Na prizemlju je na ulazu projektovana recepcija, kao i jedan dvosoban stan i dva jednosobna. Na prvom spratu objekta projektovane su ?etri jednosobne stambene jedinice. Na povu?enoj etaži planirane su dvije dvosobne stambene jedinice.
Ukupno devet stambenih jedinica:
· šest jednosobnih stanova, ukupne površine od 40.5 do 64.5 m2.
· tri dvosobna stana, ukupne površine od 72.5 do 83.5 m2.
Zahtjevnim smjernicama o zaštiti kulturne baštine – ovo rješenje je redukovalo podzide, i maksimalno se o?uvala postoje?a konfiguracija terena.
Tako je i bazen upušten ispod glavne terase.
Izvršeno je dodatno ozelenjavanje terasa i same lokacije ?ime je na najbolji na?in postignuta integracija planirane strukture u ambijent.
U sklopu stambenog objekta projektovana je podrumska etaža, koja je povezana sa samim objektom unutrašnjim stepeništem i liftom. Pristup garaži omogu?en je auto liftom.
Parkiranje koje je potrebno za stambeni objekat, ostvareno je sa zadnje strane objekta i u garaži, ukupno devet parking mjesta za korisnike.

The exclusive Alea Suites apartments in Sveti Stasije - Dobrota are tucked away in a quiet area surrounded by trees. The building is located next to the access road on a plot of 900 m2.
Considering the fact that it is located in the upper zone of the settlement, which is characterized by rectangular buildings, the building itself is also so and integrates into the environment.
The building is accessible from two sides - from the lower road with a pedestrian connection and from the upper planned road. There is a swimming pool in front of the building for the villa's users. The wooden blinds on the windows reveal a Mediterranean architectural style. The building is full of green flower pots that bring freshness to the space. The stone cladding on the front part of the facade enhances the building and gives it a modern touch.
Alea Suites consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor.
On the ground floor, at the entrance, there is a designed reception as well as a two-bedroom apartment and two one-bedroom apartments. Four one-bedroom apartments are planned on the first floor of the building. Two two-bedroom apartments are planned on the second floor.
A total of nine residential units:
