Project Description
Sunny Side Resort & Spa consists of two buildings: Building No. 1 (completed in 2014) and Sunny Side II (Building No. 2), whose construction began in April 2016, continuing the idea of future-oriented coastal living on the Adriatic. About 400 m from the beach, the complex also enjoys its own private grounds around the buildings, so residents have peace and greenery while staying close to Bečići’s amenities.
Architecture & Design
The concept is signed by a Milan-based architect: clean modern lines paired with Mediterranean interior accents. Apartment plans follow three principles — light, functionality and longevity — making them equally suitable for everyday living and premium rental.

Sunny Side II has 8 levels (garage at ground level + 7 residential floors) with five apartments per floor; the top floor is reserved for a penthouse with panoramic terraces and an open sea view.

Our Role (Gold Bar)
On Sunny Side II we delivered the full spectrum: structural and construction-finishing works, as well as painting and floor-laying — all to international building standards, in coordination with the Milan author.
