What we deliver
Preparatory and earthworks — geodetic marking, mechanical excavation, tampons, drainage and foundation preparation.
Concrete works — formwork, reinforcement and concreting of foundations, columns, beams and slabs; ramp steps and landings.
Masonry works — load-bearing and partition walls, anchoring, lintels and finishing of joints.
Roof constructions — wooden/steel trusses, roof covering, hydro/thermal insulation and sheet metal work.
Construction joinery (manufacture/assembly) — doors, windows, frames, thresholds; compliance with thermal/acoustic requirements.
Finishing and craft work (if necessary) — we coordinate dry construction, ceramics, facades, screeds, etc.
Landscaping — retaining walls, sidewalks, driveways, plateaus and horticulture.

Preparation and planning — project overview, site plan, HSE, schedule (critical path).
Preparatory works — fencing, geodetic works, temporary connections, excavation and embankments.
Construction — AB elements (foundations, columns, beams, slabs), masonry, anchor details.
Roof & carpentry — roof construction, insulation, roofing; installation of building joinery.
Final works — sealing, insulation of critical zones, preparation for installations/finishing layers.
Control & handover — checklists, technical acceptance, as-built set and maintenance plan.
Mechanization & technologies
Our own excavators, mini-excavators, trucks, vibrating plates, scaffolding and concrete pumps.
We use modular formwork/shalung systems for speed and repeatable quality.
Digital monitoring of progress (construction diary, photo reports, control points).
Quality, time & safety
QC/QA protocols by phase, receipt of hidden work and checklists.
HSE: signage, training, PPE, orderly logistics routes on the construction site.
