Project Description
Sunny Side I is the first, flagship phase of the Sunny Side Resort & Spa. The idea is clear: future-oriented solutions — comfortable, efficient apartment living in a setting that blends the Adriatic with the mountain backdrop of the coast.
About 400 m from the beach, the building also enjoys its own carefully landscaped private grounds around it, so residents have peace and privacy with a quick walk to the shore and Bečići’s amenities.
Architecture & Design
A Milan-based architect paired a modern, clean exterior with local Mediterranean accents in the interiors. Floor plans and material choices follow three principles: light, functionality and durability. The result is apartments that work equally well for everyday living and premium rental.

- On-site pool — a daily reset and a social spot
- Wellness center: Finnish sauna and hammam for deep relaxation year-round
- Gym — for cardio, strength and stretching

The uniqueness of Sunny Side I is the dual panorama: the open sea and Sveti Stefan on one side, and mountain scenery on the other. Large openings and proper orientation create a calm, relaxing atmosphere in every room.
Our Role (Gold Bar)
On this project we delivered the complete scope — from structural works to final finishes — aligned with international building standards. Close coordination with the architect ensured the modern look blends effortlessly with the local character.
