Project Description
Gold Bar took part in delivering a modern villa in Prčanj, with beautiful views of the bay and surrounding mountain ridges. Our principle is an individual approach with full project logistics — from plot selection and documentation, through architect consultations, to high-quality construction and finishing works that set the foundation for long, carefree living.
The villa is conceived for a large family: maximum daylight through stained-glass panels, balconies, galleries and terraces; natural materials (stone, wood) and contemporary finishes that blend with the Boka landscape.
