Project Description
Ananti Resort, Residences & Beach Club is one of the larger projects we delivered through construction works, professional services and full project management across all phases. It is a luxury 5★ resort and the only complex of its kind in Montenegro with a wide offer of independent villas — premium privacy with all the conveniences of a resort.
Architecture & Design
The architectural language blends a Mediterranean setting with clean contemporary lines. Interiors combine modern Asian and Middle Eastern motifs with classic Mediterranean elements: warm materials, tactile textures and soft tones — all shaped for calm, privacy and a luxurious stay.
Every residence is designed in detail to meet five-star standards and preserve unobstructed views of the open Adriatic.
Typologies & Layout
- 14 apartments in two wings — a terraced logic that follows the terrain and views; private terraces and glass balustrades for maximum light.
- 8 independent villas — private entrances, intimate outdoor areas and the full “private villa” experience within the resort.
Our Role & Scope of Work
- Construction works: building the enclave of 14 luxury apartments (two wings) and 8 standalone villas.
- Professional services: multidisciplinary coordination, quality control, phase planning.
- Project management (all phases): budget, schedule, procurement, site supervision and final delivery control.
Objective: 5★ standard at every stage — from structure to finishes and handover.
Ananti Beach Club (guests only)
An exclusive Beach Club reserved for resort guests, with a private pier enabling boat transfers along the Budva riviera. The bar and Mediterranean grill (09:00–18:00) serve champagne, cocktails and freshly prepared light dishes to enjoy by the sea and sun.
