Rhizon Trinity - Risan

Rhizon Trinity is a new residential complex in Risan, set in a green and quiet zone just minutes from the coast. The concept includes three low-rise buildings (ground floor + one floor + attic) with a total of 32 residential units and 25 parking spaces positioned in front of the buildings. Architecture follows a contemporary Mediterranean approach, combining stone and wood while preserving privacy and selected views toward the bay. Planned shared amenities include a spa & wellness area (pool, sauna), a children’s playground, and a landscaped courtyard, with full or partial smart-home automation (lighting, HVAC, shading, monitoring, security).
