Project Description
We present a 2,150 m² sales & service center in Mareza (Podgorica), invested by “Prokom” DOO. This integrated facility combines a multibrand showroom with a fully equipped service center—from routine maintenance to complex interventions—designed for efficient, high-quality vehicle care.
Architecture & Design
- Façade concept: a combination of aluminium and vertical gabion walls that lend dynamism and robustness to the exterior.
- Brand zones: each façade segment clearly communicates its brand (colors, logo, graphic accents) while maintaining a unified architectural language.
- Showroom interior: neutral, clean lines with modular brand islands and clear visitor flow.
Functional Program
Showroom (Sales):
- Multibrand lineup: Peugeot, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, BRP, CF Moto, Thule, FXR Racing.
- Flexible display for vehicles/equipment, lighting zones and brand signage in line with manufacturer standards.
Service Center:
- State-of-the-art tools and diagnostics enabling fast, high-quality interventions.
- Front–back workflow logic: reception → work bays → handover — maximizing efficiency and safety.
Our Role (Gold Bar)
As general contractor, we manage the entire process: multidisciplinary coordination, quality and schedule control, alignment of brand standards with construction/technical solutions, and final fit-out to operational readiness.
Location: Mareza, Podgorica
A microlocation with strong transport links and clear brand visibility. Positioning the center on the city approach simplifies customer access and partner logistics.
