What we deliver

  • Electrical works
    High/low current distribution, distribution cabinets, lighting (indoor/outdoor), grounding and lightning protection, consumer connections, cable and data network, intercoms, video surveillance, smart-home/KNX or BMS integration. Insulation measurements, short circuit loops, RCD (FID) tests and logs.

  • Water supply and sewerage (VK)
    Cold/hot sanitary water (PP-R/PEX), TUV recirculation, hydrophoretic stations, soft-meter filtration as needed, fecal/storm sewerage, pressure test/hydraulic tests, installation of sanitary ware and waterproofing details of “critical zones”.

  • Heating systems (M)
    Underfloor heating, radiator systems, fan-coil solutions, heat sources: heat pumps, boilers (gas, pellet, electric) – with zone control and room thermostats. Pipe insulation and branch balancing.

  • Cooling and ventilation systems (HVAC)
    VRV/VRF, split/multi-split, chiller-fan-coil systems, ventilation with heat recovery, condensate drains, regulation and automatic control.

  • Construction joinery — production and installation
    ALU/PVC/wood: windows and doors, low-E and laminated glass, Rw acoustics, sealing and thermal bridge breaking. Final leveling and service adjustments.

  • Equipment delivery, commissioning and training
    Procurement and logistics of equipment, commissioning, test work, as-built documentation, guarantees and short training of users/technical staff.
