Ananti Resort, Residences & Beach Club is one of the larger projects in which we participated in the field of construction and professional services as well as project management in all phases of construction. It is a luxurious five-star resort and the only Montenegrin complex of its kind that offers a large selection of independent villas. As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, its exclusive location allows guests easy access to the entire Montenegrin coastline and authentic towns, historic cultural sites and magnificent encounters with Montenegro’s beauty. Ānanti is centrally located in the heart of the Budva Riviera, in the secluded inlet of Rezevici. Set in an untouched natural environment and nestled on the heights of the Adriatic coastline, the resort reveals uninterrupted sea views with sunsets that melt beyond the horizon.

According to the client's request, our construction company built a complex of fourteen luxury apartments located on two wings, along with eight independent villas complete with stylish interiors that combine contemporary Asian and Middle Eastern styles with classic Mediterranean components.
Each residence is designed down to the smallest detail to ensure that all units offer spectacular views of the open Adriatic and meet the necessary standards prescribed for five-star facilities.

The exclusive Ānanti Beach Club is only for guests of the resort. A pier will allow private speedboat transfers to destinations along the Budva Riviera, whilst the bar and Mediterranean grill restaurant (9am to 6pm) will offer champagne, cocktails and freshly-prepared light menu options as guests enjoy the Adriatic sunshine.
