BAY OF KOTOR

Whether you enter Boka by land or sea, your experience will be the same – bay of Kotor will fascinate you! It looks like the mountains have cracked and released the sea. It is the southernmost fjord in Europe.

The bay is naturally divided into four smaller parts - the Gulf of Hercegnovi, the Gulf of Risan, the Gulf of Kotor and the Gulf of Tivat. Small towns, treasures of history, art and beauty, are strung along the coast like pearls.

RISAN

The small town of Risan is the oldest settlement in the Bay of Kotor. It was the craft, maritime and trade center of the Illyrian state. When it comes to Montenegro, sights with archeological background are a real treat for history and archeology lovers. One such attraction is the "Roman Mosaics" in Risan.

We chose this very neighborhood for our Rhizon Trinity complex.

RHIZON TRINITY

We present you the new residential complex Rhizon Trinity. Located in an unspoiled part of nature, near the sea, overlooking the most beautiful bay on the Montenegrin coast.

The complex consists of three residential buildings, in front of which there is a parking lot. The residential buildings consist of the first floor, second floor and attic. The area of the plot is 2.240,00 m2.

Rhizon Trinity offers the highest level of comfort, quality and functional living spaces.

The total number of residential units is 32:

• 30 one-bedroom apartments
• 2 two-bedroom apartments

Within the complex, there are 4 apartments on each floor, which is an optimal ratio that guarantees privacy and tranquility to tenants.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are united in the popular "open space". The aim of this concept is to increase the use of space by combining several rooms into one large common space without partitions, which allows better organization and practicality.

Fewer walls mean fewer obstacles blocking the passage of the sun's rays. The house is flooded with natural light making it airy and more comfortable.

SPA&WELLNESS

The courtyard of the complex is maximally landscaped and has various facilities for the youngest residents of the future complex, as well as for older users, which will make life in the complex even more comfortable, high-quality and pleasant.

A relaxation corner, a SPA&wellness center with an exclusive swimming pool with sauna is available to all users in front of the complex.

PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN
