Baš u jednom takvom projektu je u?estovovala i naša gra?evinska kompanija Gold Bar. U pitanju je moderna vila u naselju Pr?anj, sa lijepim pogledom na zaliv.
Jedan od principa naše kompanije je individualan pristup svakom klijentu, uzimaju?i u obzir njegove želje i mogu?nosti. Istovremeno pružamo potrebnu logistiku od samog po?etka (izbor parcele za gradnju, prijem ukupne dokumentacije, konsultacije sa arhitektom i sl.), pa do završetka radova. U ovom projektu smo najmaštovitije snove klijenta pretvorili u stvarnost, kombinuju?i savremeni stil sa prirodnim elementima i koriste?i materijale visokog kvaliteta.
Ukupan prostor vile je savršena sredina u kojoj jedna velika porodica može da se osje?a komotno, udobno i sre?no. Vila ima tri sprata, na kojima se formira jedinstvena maksimalna svjetlost kroz vitraže, balkone, galerije i terase. Sadrži tako?e i podrum i parking prostor.
Na prvom spratu su smještene tri spava?e sobe, svaka sa posebnim dizajnom, trpezarija, dnevna soba, kuhinja i kupatilo. Na drugom spratu su dvije dje?je sobe, jedna za dje?aka i jedna za djevoj?icu, predivna sniježno bijela spava?a soba i dva kupatila za odrasle i za djecu. Na kraju, na tre?em spratu je soba za odmor i rekreaciju, studio i dva kupatila. Tako?e, drugi i tre?i sprat su upotpunjeni velikim terasama.
Svi prozori i terase imaju fantasti?an pogled na zaliv, okružen planinskim grebenima.
Svaki sprat ima podno grijanje, a na prvom spratu je instaliran centralni bojler. Vila je opremljena video nadzorom i alarmnim sistemom.
Ukupna površina placa na kom je vila iznosi 2000 m2.
Pored vile je i bazen sa prostorom za odmor.
