SUTOMORE
Sutomore je najpoznatiji turisti?ki gradi? koji pripada barskoj rivijeri nastao od ribarskog naselja. Poznato je po svojoj 1.6 km dugoj pješ?anoj plaži sa bistrom vodom. Tako?e posjeduje i manji broj plaža koje su izolovane i pravo mjesto za odmor daleko od buke.
Danas raspolaže brojnim restoranima, hotelima, širokim šetalištem i nekoliko starih tvr?ava, me?u kojima su Haj Nehaj iz 15. vijeka, ali i ostaci Bogorodice Rata?ke iz 11. vijeka, koja se nalazi na rtu Ratac. U neposrednoj blizini planirana je izgradnja luksuznog turisti?kog kompleksa “Maljevik”.

Objekat “Torre a cona “ je smješten na placu od 1.170m2, neposredno uz magistralni put i namjenjen je za turisti?ko stanovanje. ?ine ga garaža u podrumu, prizemlje i tri sprata. Broj stambenih jedinica je 12, a od toga 4 garsonjere, 4 jednosobna apartmana i 4 dvosobna apartmana.
Izgled odiše mediteranskim arhitektonskim stilom. Fasada se povla?i na posljednjoj etaži, što vizuelno uti?e na gabarit objekta ?ine?i ga prijatnijim za prostor. Akcentovan je luk sa oblogom od kamena. Cijeli sklop ?ini objekat jedinstvenim i posebnim za prostor i okolinu.

SUTOMORE
Sutomore is the most well-known tourist town on the Bar Riviera, developed from a small fishing village. It is known for its 1.6 km long sandy beach with crystal-clear water. It also offers several smaller, secluded beaches that provide a perfect escape from noise and crowds.
Today, it features numerous restaurants, hotels, a wide promenade, and several old fortresses, including Haj Nehaj from the 15th century, as well as the remains of the Church of Our Lady of Ratac from the 11th century, located on the Ratac peninsula. A luxury tourist complex, “Maljevik,” is planned to be built in the immediate vicinity.

The "Torre a Cona" building is located on a 1,170 m² plot, right next to the main road, and is intended for tourist accommodation. It consists of a basement garage, a ground floor, and three upper floors. There are 12 residential units: 4 studios, 4 one-bedroom apartments, and 4 two-bedroom apartments.
The design exudes Mediterranean architectural style. The facade is recessed on the top floor, which visually softens the building’s volume, making it more appealing to the surroundings. A stone-clad arch serves as a prominent feature. The entire structure makes the building unique and distinctive in its environment.
INTERIOR
We closely follow trends and client preferences, and with this project, we present modern-style apartments. Simple lines dominate. Elegant elements are realized through fine materials, wall finishes, and warm parquet tones. The interiors will captivate you with their refinement and charm. All apartments feature a “smart home” system. They are specially designed for clients who expect more from their living space. At the building entrance, there is a shared modern reception area with a lobby and 24-hour maintenance service.
