Our goal is to recognize the needs of future generations today and to apply our experience to future-oriented solutions. That is why we are proud to present a unique project with a complex of luxury apartments on the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

Sunny Side Resort & Spa is located 400 meters from the sea and includes the area around the facilities as its own territory. In addition to the swimming pool, the complex also includes a wellness center with a Finnish bath, a hammam and a gym.

The project Sunny Side Villa - Gold Bar has successfully fulfilled the task of world construction standards in this project, applying the activities it has to offer, from construction to finishing works, which the architect from Milan (Italy) managed to combine into a modern exterior of the complex and its interior which bears the characteristics of the local spirit.

The uniqueness and privacy of the Sunny Side Resort & Spa project is the result of a carefully chosen location: 400 meters from the sea, on the one hand - a breathtaking view of the open sea and the most luxurious peninsula of Sveti Stefan, and on the other hand a stunning mountain landscape.
Each room has a stunning view of the sea, which gives you a soothing and relaxing atmosphere during your stay.

Spa centers are located less than 10 minutes from the villa. Becici is famous for its restaurants with national cuisine: fresh fish and seafood, as well as delicious meat delicacies. This place is ideal for a beach holiday and for activities in nature, a place where you can take a leisurely walk on the mountain and enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Sunny Side Resort & Spa consists of two facilities.

Building No. 1 was built in 2014, and construction of building No. 2 began in April 2016. Sunny Side Resort 2 has 8 floors (with a garage on the ground floor and 7 residential floors). On each floor there are five apartments of different structures: studio apartments and one- and two-room apartments. The last floor is reserved for a penthouse with panoramic terraces and an open sea view.

-One-room apartments, surface area 46.6 m2, with bathroom, dining room and kitchen
- One-room apartments, 51.89 m2, with bathroom, dining room and kitchen
- One-room apartments, surface area 54.22 m2, with bathroom, dining room and kitchen
-Spacious two-room apartments, 68.48 m2, with bathroom, dining room, kitchen, living room and terrace with a view of the open sea.

In addition to the execution of construction and construction craft works, painting and fabrication works as well as floor-laying were applied to this building.
