Villa in Kolašin

We are pleased to present you our project - a villa in Kolašin. Kolašin is a small mountain town in the northeast of Montenegro, which is very popular in winter because it is located near the ski resorts Kolašin 1450 and 1600, and in summer it offers an excellent vacation at an altitude of 1000 meters. Nearby is also Katun Vranjak, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the National Park Biogradska gora and the peaks and lakes of the Bjelasica mountains.

Here is our new exclusive villa of 256 m2. The villa has a basement, first floor and second floor. On the first floor of the building there are facilities for the living room, fireplace, wine cellar and ski room. The kitchen, dining room and living room are designed according to the concept of "open space" and form a spatial unit.

On the second floor of the building there are four bedrooms. Two of them are additionally equipped with a spa.

Within the residential building there is a basement connected to the building proper by an internal staircase. The entire area of the basement is intended for the technical rooms of the building (boiler room for the heating and cooling systems of the building).

Villa Kolašin was built according to the "Smart Home" system.

Parking, which is required for a residential building, is provided from the front of the building on marked parking spaces.

 The location of the villa itself will not leave anyone indifferent, it is simply fantastic, on the bank of a mountain river near the forest.
