Sunset Villas

Every day in the territory of Montenegro, we encounter various construction challenges that our clients give us. One such construction challenge is a complex of villas located on a hill with a spectacular view from the mountain to the sea. The complex has the character of a club resort and consists of three villas with a closed area with a large swimming pool and a children's playground. The complex is equipped with a security and surveillance system with a fire alarm, with automatic telephone notification of the owner. The complex is managed by a service management company. All the buildings of the complex are surrounded by natural stone in order to accompany the style of the entire environment. Each villa has a special area for barbecuing with family or friends. There is a digital barrier at the entrance to the complex. Each of the villas is equipped with an "inverter" split heating and cooling system, as well as built-in underfloor heating.
Villa № 1 and Villa № 3
Villa №1 and villa №3 had almost the same building projects. They consist of three floors each with a very convenient layout on a spacious plot, planted with different kinds of Mediterranean plants. The villas have two parking places each. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and spacious living room with a large terrace which offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with bathroom, also with a panoramic view of the sea. The third floor is set for office or recreation room with a spacious roof terrace. Total area of villas is 240 m2.
Villa № 2
Villa number 2 is distinguished by its design. It consists of four floors. The highlight of the house is a separate part of the wine cellar, as well as a resting area with a sauna. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with a large terrace which offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom, also with a panoramic view of the sea. The third floor is dedicated to the library or recreation room with a spacious roof terrace. The villa has its own garage. The total area of the villa is 320 m2.
