Our construction company Gold Bar participated in exactly one such project. It is a modern villa in the village of Prčanj, with a beautiful view of the bay.

One of the principles of our company is an individual approach to each client, taking into account his wishes and possibilities. At the same time we provide the necessary logistics projects from the very beginning (the choice of the site for construction, the receipt of all necessary documents, in consultation with the architect, etc.) and to complete the construction - the signing of the Certificate of Completion and services. In this project we have realized the wildest dreams of the customer into reality, combining Art Nouveau style and the natural elements. High-quality materials were used during the construction.
The total area of the villa makes it adequate and comfortable place for living for large and happy family. The villa consists of three floors, forming a single, maximum light through space with stained windows, balconies, galleries and terraces. There is also a basement and parking.
